Step into a dynamic role as our Commercial Service Delivery Manager, where you'll support the Commercial General Manager in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our operation. You'll manage and coach a team of operational colleagues, driving our vision and values across London. Your leadership will ensure a safe, punctual, reliable, and efficient bus service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage and support full-time and casual commercial drivers and the Private Hire Team.
•  Coach operational colleagues to enhance customer service and reduce complaints.
•  Conduct fact-finding interviews and disciplinary hearings, focusing on improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and commercial standards.
•  Investigate internal issues and grievances promptly.
•  Promote environmental awareness and efficient driving practices.
• Assist in employee planning and resourcing for the commercial department.
• Manage the private hire revenue stream and driver allocation.
• Perform driving hour audits and provide necessary training or performance management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supervising a large team, ideally in the bus industry.
• Strong financial acumen and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•   Flexibility to work at different locations across the business.
