PCV Bus Driver

About this job

We are currently recruiting existing PCV licence holders to become a bus driver at one of our 16 bus depots in London

NOTE - Only apply for this job if you are a PCV licence holder (Category D entitlement).

For a limited period we are offering bus drivers the opportunity to join us on higher rates than before. If you are CURRENTLY working for a London bus company, we will take that service and place you on an equivalent rate of pay for the service you have completed in your current company.

We operate a service related pay structure which means that you can still aspire to our top rate of pay; however, you will get there quicker if you are already working elsewhere as a bus driver.

As an example, if you have more than three years service at your current employer you will start on £13.53 per hour* and progress to £14.91 per hour* after another two years service. If you have completed 5 or more years service at your current employer you will join us on the top rate of £14.91 per hour* straight away. As an added incentive you will not be placed on training rates either!

With overtime rates of over £20 per hour (if you are on our top rate) we believe we can offer an extremely competitive pay package. Submit your application with full details of your current employer and you could benefit from these higher rates.

*These rates apply to our garages in South London such as Morden Wharf (North Greenwich), Merton, Putney, Stockwell, Camberwell, Peckham, New Cross, Waterloo and Waterside Way.

Different rates apply in our garages at Barking, Croydon Northumberland Park and Orpington
